Publisher’s Conduct

We are committed to ensuring that advertising or other commercial benefits will have no influence on editorial decisions. Furthermore, we work closely with the publisher to set standards for best practices regarding ethical matters, error correction, and retractions.

Referee Reports: Referees are asked to evaluate the manuscript’s originality, methodology, citation of previous work, results and discussion, conclusion, and adherence to the journal’s ethical guidelines.

Final Report: The final decision to accept (after minor or major revision) or reject the manuscript will be sent to the author along with referees’ comments. Moreover, Editors have the discretion to seek additional reviews, if required.

Editorial and Review Board: Members are chosen for their expertise in key areas related to the journal’s scope from all over the world. Editors of the International Journal of Economic and Environmental Geology ensure that the journal’s content includes contributions from a wide range of international authors. The list of Editorial Board Members and Reviewers is regularly updated by inviting new experts to join the journal’s Editorial and Review Board.

Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Economic and Environmental Geology has sole responsibility for the decision-making process and the overall quality of the journal and its content.
